VW 1.8T Billet Bypass Valve Kit: The Turbo XS Billet Bypass Valve Type 25 was specifically designed to replace 1 inch (25mm) Bosch Bypass Valve used in most Volkswagen Audi applications. The Bosch valve prone to failure in stock application not adequate for holding boost in "chipped" 1.8T equipped vehicles. The RBV-25 spring tension adjustable , making it ideal for your modified vehicle. The RBV-25 relieves pressure surge caused by changing gears or backing off throttle quickly. Engine cover might need to be trimmed to make space for installation. Kit Includes: - TurboXS Racing Bypass Valve 25 - Spring Adjusting Packer Washers - Installation Guide Will fit all 1.8T engine equipped vehicles.

With introduction of VAG 2.0 litre FSi Turbo Engine, procurement of our own development/project car, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off adapter specifically designed to fit th application. Simple in execution, yet offering desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, th product has been designed to be fully compatible with Bosch ME9 engine management systems employed on following vehicles: Audi A3 2.0T FSI Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI Volkswagen MK5 Golf GTI/Jetta GLI 2.0T FSI. VW Greddy Blow Off Valve Conversion: The EIP , Greddy "S" Blow off valve conversion for VW 1.8T 20v designed to be easily adjustable in order to prevent premature boost leakage. The Greddy Blow off valve made from cast billet aluminum uses two springs a adjustment screw in order to tune vehicle. Th upgrade suits both stock turbochargers heavily modified vehicles featuring large turbo conversions. Th high quality blow off valve produces desirable blow off valve "sound" while releasing excess boost pressure to protect your turbocharger from premature wear. Simple to install. Each Conversion Kit includes: (1) Greddy "S" Type blow off valve , (1) blow off valve flange , adapter , (1) B.O.V. gasket , (1) vacuum line , (1) recirculation hose. The Greddy Blow off valve conversion kit can be used ei r as a diverter valve (piped back into draw pipe) or as a blow off valve(open to atmoshpere).
