Applications: Basically , every car , though some sealed beam cars would need to upgrade to a bulb-replaceable reflector (example , VW Rabbit switch from sealed beams to E-code H4 headlights). We can get H1 , H3 , H4 , H7 , H11 , 9004 , 9005 , 9006 , 9007 , D2S (OE bulbs BMW , Audi , etc). Any colour temperature can be ordered. Normally stocked colours include 5000k 6000k 8000k 12000k. These range from white to blu h purple in that order. Compare to halogen at 350hrs. HID's are rated at 12V , but work between 10 16v. They consume 35 watts per side. Th benefits people with high power stereo/electronic equipment by freeing up 3 amps of power compared to 55w halogen headlights. Someone running brighter 100w halogen lights can save 10 amps.
